Michigan’s Creepiest Halloween Costumes……Ever

#MichiganHist, we have photos from the Traverse City State Hospital staff as they celebrated Halloween, sometime between 1898 to 1912. Keep in mind - at the time, this hospital was a "psychiatric hospital". Sweet dreams.....good luck forgetting this photo:
