Michigan Winters – Not the Worst in the U.S. (but, we’re close)

What state (according to Thrillist.com), has the most miserable winters in the U.S.?

Not Michigan. We're actually number TWO on the list. And our winters are apparently worse than the winters in ALASKA. You read that right.

No, the worst winters are in Minnesota. We're number two and Alaska is the third most miserable. Thrillist brought one of their deputy editors, a self - described  "recovering Michigander" named Bison Messink, to explain why we deserve the number two ranking.
