I guess we shouldn't whine too much - at the beginning of this week, in the Upper Peninsula, Munising and Grand Marais still had more than two feet of snow on the ground. BUT - things are looking up for us (and them).

Here's the quote from meteorologist Mark Torregrossa, from MLive.com:

Detroit, Ann Arbor, and Jackson could hit 80 degrees Wednesday, Thursday or Friday of next week.

There were only three days in April where temperatures were above normal. Yes, that DID suck. But some forecasters are now saying May temperatures may average ABOVE normal.
