Michigan Will Be The Home Of The First IHOP/Applebees Combo Restaurant

Prepare your stomach for a first...

According to the Detroit Free Press, a combination IHOP and Applebee's restaurant (the first of its kind) will open its doors in Michigan! The new combo restaurant is expected to open in Downtown Detroit late next year across from the Renaissance Center.

No word on what the menu is gonna look like or, if you'll be able to order chocolate chip pancakes with a side of boneless bbq chicken wings. But if you ask me... to make a combo IHOP/Applebees and NOT allow me to order chocolate chip pancakes with a side of boneless bbq chicken wings... what's the point? lol
