Have you heard who just bought some property in Michigan? According to the Detroit Free Press, skateboarding legend Tony Hawk recently closed on a three-unit apartment building in Detroit’s Woodbridge neighborhood.

Now, don't get all packed up and move to Detroit so you can be neighbors with Tony Hawk just yet because Hawk says he won't be living there. He said that he and his family “wanted to put their money and their stamp on the city.” Hawks' wife is reportedly from the metro Detroit area so that may have had some influence on the property purchase.
