Michigan Truck Series Driver Gets High School Diploma
Michigan's own, Erik Jones, driver of the #51 Hiring Our Heroes/ToyotaCare Toyota, raced at Texas Motor Speedway on Friday night AND received his school diploma. Jones had to miss his graduation from Swartz Creek Community Schools due to his involvement in Friday's WinStar World Casino & Resort 400. So, Texas Motor Speedway held a ceremony for the 18 year-old at the track.
The graduate even got a kiss from Great American Sweethearts Kristen and Katie after being presented with his high school diploma. (The woman in the back of the photo looks a little suprised doeesn't she?)
