There's some good news this week from the delayed road construction department. More than 150 road projects that have been stalled across the state of Michigan because of a labor impasse, are now set to resume after road builders agreed to end their lockout of a union of heavy equipment operators. Governor Snyder announced the details on Thursday about the labor impasse that had been disrupting construction projects for more than three weeks throughout Michigan.

However, this might not be the end to the labor impasse because the agreement reached this week is reportedly short-term and officials say that a long-term solution will still need to be worked out. Click here to read more from Mlive.
