So, if you had any Saturday morning travel plans to Marysville, Michigan you many want to re-think that road trip. According to the Times Herald, the city of Marysville is preparing for the upcoming implosion of a power plant that is scheduled for 8 am on Saturday.

To be sure that everyone is safe (and much to the dismay of Banana Don) officials are enforcing a safety zone in the St. Clair River and an exclusion zone for buildings and homes near the Mighty Marysville power plant and are asking people who live or work within the zone to either clear the area or stay indoors. However, city officials are still expecting a lot of spectators and say that they can watch the implosion from a nearby shopping plaza or along the Canadian shore. You can read more about the implosion by clicking here.
