Saturday, the "Mighty Marysville" power plant in Marysville, Michigan came down. The 93-year old power plant had been closed since 2001 and was imploded to make way for stores, a marina and housing. The plant was on the St. Clair River, on the U.S./Canada border.

Fun geography fact: Marysville is about as far east as you can go in Michigan.
