Michigan Native Is Mega Millions Jackpot Winner

Remember when the Mega Millions jackpot was $533 million bucks last month, and you thought that maybe someone from Michigan could win? Maybe you?

Well it probably wasn't you, unless you're the guy from Michigan who now lives in New Jersey who actually won the jackpot and you're reading this.

But, there you have it. Someone from Michigan actually won the huge Mega Millions jackpot!

According to WILX-TV, Michigan native Richard Wahl moved to New Jersey last Summer for job related reasons and bought the only winning ticket at a gas station in March.

Here's something for you. Mr. Wahl says that he doesn't really play the lottery all that often, having only bought tickets a few times.

Wahl says he's going to retire. You know, I can't seem to predict a lottery win for myself but I saw that retirement thing coming.
