I'd heard stories of deer eating weird stuff. I'd heard of deer eating fish that had washed up on the beach. The speculation was they were interested in the salty taste or they were hungry because it was winter. But now, scientists have confirmed that some deer have a taste for...birds.

Just recently, in North Dakota, researchers caught white-tailed deer eating live baby birds right out of their nests. Today, it's baby birds. Tomorrow, maybe it's your cat and then....? I don't even want to speculate.
