It's been a long week. And it seems like everybody is yelling (especially on the internet).

So.....

Monday afternoon, LeVonte Dell was driving in Westland, with his 3-year old daughter in the back seat, when he got pulled over by one of Westland's finest. LeVonte knew what was coming next: a big, fat ticket for having tinted windows on his car. And, oh yeah, his daughter wasn't in a car seat. So, according to ABC News,  LeVonte pulled over, stopped and was asked to step out of the car by Officer Joshua Scaglione. Officer Scaglione explained that he'd been stopped for the tinted windows - but he didn't issue a ticket. Instead, he asked LeVonte to follow him to Walmart - where Joshua bought LeVonte and his daughter a car seat (pink with butterflies on it).
