A Michigan company has come out with a bulletproof baseball cap. Bullet Safe, a company based in Troy that already produces bulletproof vests, says the market they're shooting for (sorry) are police officers who can't wear riot gear in all situations. According to myFoxDetroit.com, the hat has a bulletproof panel that covers the forehead. And while it's been proven to stop a bullet from entering your head - it won't stop the energy of the bullet from giving you a concussion (a nasty one, I bet).

The cap isn't available yet, but when it is, it will retail for $129. But hey - how much is that head of yours worth?

Here's the story (with video)
