The big Hummers are back.

The last time we saw any new civilian H-1 Hummers on the road was 2006. Every once in a while, you'll see one of the H2s, but it's been a long time since I've seen one of the bigger H1s. That may be fixed, soon. Mil-Spec Automotive, a Detroit based company, will be refurbishing old H1s and turning them into state of the art vehicles. For a price. I don't know if the "donor" H-1s they'll use are military surplus or just used, civilian H-1s.

According to duPontRegistry.com, a new H-1 Hummer from MSA will set you back $218,499.
