February's floods shut down many businesses at Clippert and Kalamazoo, just south of Frandor in Lansing and the two restaurants on the corner there are finally open again.

According to the Lansing State Journal, Green Dot Stables and Steakhouse Philly, formerly The Best Steak House, opened again for business on Friday. Both restaurants were victims of flood waters rising about three feet in that area.

Green Dot Stables, which is the former Whiskey Barrel Saloon, had around a million dollars in damage alone due to the rising waters of the Red Cedar River two months ago.

Green Dot Stables and Steakhouse Philly now join other businesses in that area that have reopened after the flooding including Bake N' Cakes, the long time popular bakery across the street.
