Lansing Area Swim Spots And Splash Pads Opening Soon

It's time to break out that bathing suit!

According to WILX 10, many Mid Michigan pools and splash pads will be opening very soon thanks to all the warmer weather! A couple splash pads will open this weekend, just in time for the long Memorial weekend; "Hawk Island Splash Pad and the Splash Pad at Cascades Park in Jackson".

More splash pads and pools will be opening in the coming weeks as well. The East Lansing Family Aquatic center opens up on Saturday, June 2nd. Monday, June 11th will see two more spots open: "the Moores Park Pool and Hunter Park Pool and Splash Pad in Lansing." Finally, June 18th marks the opening day for the Nixon Water Park in Jackson.
