1975 - 9th Country Music Association Award: John Denver wins "Entertainer Of The Year"...Dolly Parton won "Female Vocalist Of The Year" & Waylon Jennings was the winner of the "Male Vocalist Of The Year".  Charlie Rich, presenting the "Entertainer Of The Year" Award, protested Denvers' win by setting the envelope on-fire in front of a stunned CMA Audience!
