I’m So Crafty!

I'll be the first to admit that I ain't no Martha Stewart. But once in a great while, I come up with an idea that even surprises myself. I started this hand-print tree skirt when my son was born. Through the years, I would dip his hands in white paint (safe paint) and add them to the tree skirt and then write the year with some paint on a Q-tip. I admit that when I started this project I didn't choose the right kind of fabric for the tree skirt. It's a felt-ish type material so the paint likes to smear but again...I ain't no Martha Stewart.

I know what you're thinking...wow! This girl needs her own show on HGTV...!
