How Many of Michigan’s Most Popular State Parks Have You Visited?
MLive.com asked the DNR to give them a list of the most popular Michigan campgrounds. These are the most popular campgrounds in the month of July.
I haven't been to all of the state parks listed, but I've spent some time at the top three.
Number One? Petoskey State Park. I think the Jeffersons would all agree - Petoskey State Park is one of our favorite places in the world. We spent a lot of summer days having picnics, swimming and looking for Petoskey rocks there. Just watch out for the seagulls on the beach. They're big fans of your pic-nic basket.
