Helio Castroneves went out to practice at Indianapolis yesterday, in preparation for pole qualifying for the Indy 500 this weekend. According to IndyCar.com, Helio had just completed his first full speed lap, when he spun out, hit the wall backwards, went airborne inverted, came down and then flipped right-side up.

And walked away, unharmed. TA-DAHHH!

According to Helio, " the impact wasn't very strong and the landing was smooth as well."

Five hours later he was back out there in his back-up car. Here's the whole story.
