Haven’t Heard This in a While – Michigan: One of the Best Places to Make a Living

Michigan is No. 6 on the list of Best Places to Make a Living from MoneyRate.com. That's way up from No. 32 last year. And while employment is up in Michigan and the cost of living is cheaper here than a lot of other states, it might be tough to crack the top three. Each of those states have NO state income tax.
