Glanbia, an Irish company that claims they are "the number one producer of American-style cheddar cheese" is about to set up a new cheese and whey production facility somewhere in lower Michigan. According to Michigan Farm News, they've narrowed the location down to three possible sites. Once they choose the site, they'll break ground this fall and have the facility running in the fall of 2019.

Once the facility is running, they plan to process 8 MILLION pounds of milk every day, which is about how much 100,000 dairy cattle produce. That's about 25% of the Michigan dairy herd. So you might want to go into the dairy farmer business.
