Dan Enos was the starting QB at MSU in the late 80s and then went on to a successful coaching career. Over the years he had stints as the QB coach at MSU and head coach at Central Michigan. Enos will now be the QB coach and assistant head coach at Alabama, for Nick Saban. The curious part of the story, as reported by MLive.com, is that Enos signed a contract, last December 15th, to be the receivers coach at the University of Michigan. Yesterday, word got out about his impending move to Alabama - after just six weeks at Michigan.

Enos HAD been the offensive coordinator at Arkansas from 2015-17 and had a non-compete clause that prevented him from going to another SEC team immediately.

Did Coach Harbaugh just do a solid for a former Spartan to help him get by that clause?

Hmm. Interesting.
