Four Lansing-area General Motors properties were left abandoned after the car manufacturer declared bankruptcy back in 2009. They've been empty since then. But now, according to the Lansing State Journal, a developer has agreed to buy them.

The Kansas City based company pans to purchase the four abandoned properties and redevelop them and "build a mix of manufacturing, warehouse and distribution facilities, primarily for the automotive sector". With these new developments, they could produce hundreds of jobs!

The announcement for the redevelopment was made yesterday, but the deal won't be complete until "due diligence" is complete and approval for the projects has been given. Read more about these recent developments HERE.
