I love airplanes. Especially the old ones. I ran across a great article from the folks at Sploid on Gizmodo.com, all about the U.S. Air Force "boneyards" where old military aircraft go, when nobody loves them anymore. The most famous of these boneyards is located at Davis-Monthan AFB,  just south of Tucson, AZ.. Another popular storage place for old civilian aircraft is in the Mojave Desert in California. I haven't been to either one of these places...yet.
