The Common Ground Music Festival, presented by Miller Lite, is pleased to make the first of multiple lineup announcements for the 16th annual music festival. Heading to Lansing on Thursday, July 9th are country artists The Band Perry, Parmalee, and Old Dominion.

The Band Perry will headline the Auto Value Main Stage, bringing their beautiful harmonies to the banks of the Grand River. The 2010 release of their self-titled debut album The Band Perry brought 5 hit singles, including the chart-topping song “If I Die Young.” Their second album, Pioneer, offered a combination of classic country and rock-and-roll sounds, and gearing them up for their upcoming third album. In their young careers, the sibling-trio has received multiple awards from The Country Music Association, CMT Music Awards, and The American Country Awards, including being named Vocal Group of the Year by the Academy of Country Music in 2014. Their nominations for The Billboard Music Awards, The American Music Awards, and Grammy Awards are a testament to their talent, which is certain to rock the main stage at Common Ground.

Also performing on country night will be the country-rock foursome, Parmalee. Once labeled as Clear Channel’s NEW! Artists to Watch in 2013, the band has elevated themselves to being nominated for The Academy of Country Music’s “New Artist of the Year” and “Choice Country Artist” at the 2014 Teen Choice Awards. Their debut single “Musta Had A Good Time” was #1 on SiriusXM’s The Highway “Hot 30 LIVE” countdown for 4 consecutive weeks and their debut album Feels Like Carolina has received praise from the likes of People, The New York Times, Billboard and many more!

Country’s newest act heating up the charts is Old Dominion. Before recording their own music, the Nashville-based quintet’s songs were recorded and released by artists such as Keith Urban, Luke Bryan, and fellow Common Ground performers The Band Perry. Chosen as Rolling Stone’s “New Artist You Need to Know” in 2014, they are now heating up the charts on Spotify and Sirius XM radio.  Taste of Country, Billboard, Huffington Post and many more have listed them as a top artist to watch in 2015. Currently on tour with Kenny Chesney, we are thrilled to be welcoming them to the stage at Common Ground this summer.

General Admission Single Day Ticket: The General Admission Single Day Ticket grants admission to specified day of the 2015 Festival. Seating is General Admission (e.g. standing or you can bring a “bag chair”).

Early Entry General Admission Single Day Ticket: Your preferred option to nab your coveted spot or a place on the barricade up front! This ticket gets you in before other ticket holders.

Reserved Seat Single Day Ticket: Reserved Seat Festival Pass provides patrons a reserved seat for specified day of the Festival within a reserved section (Left or Right) starting 150’ from the main stage. Sections are located left and right of the center audio and lighting production area at the main stage only. Children of all ages must have their own full priced Reserved Seat ticket to sit in this area.

VIP General Admission Single Day Ticket: The VIP General Admission single day ticket grants admission to specified day of the Festival, along with access to the “VIP” UnCommon Club, an exclusive elevated tented area with premium viewing adjacent to the Main Stage, Parking, exclusive beverage service, wait staff, access to the “VIP PIT” (the exclusive “standing area” with a “limited capacity”, at the stage barricade!) and other amenities.
