Friends of Livingston county animal shelter is having an online holiday wreath auction starting November 16 th ends November 30 th at 10:00pm. Handmade wreaths decorated and donated by shelter staff and volunteers and this year many donated from out of state. Wreath are on display at the livingston county animal shelter in howell and bidding is done on friends of Livingston county animal shelters website @'www. friendsoflcas.org
