Donate School Supplies, Get Free Chick-fil-A!

The new school year is right around the corner. And that means that kids will need school supplies! All children deserve to be given a good start in school, and this is your chance to help Lansing area kids start the school year off the right way, while getting some delicious food in the process!

According to WLNS, today and tomorrow you can bring in school supplies for donation to your local Chick-fil-A, and they'll say thank you by hooking you up with a delicious treat! Those who drop off donations from 6:30 am to 10:30 am witll get the "choice of a Chicken Biscuit of Chick-n-Minis", and those who drop off donations from 10:30am and after will get to pick between a Chicken Sandwich or Nuggets.

All school supply donations brought to Chick-fil-A today and tomorrow "will goo toward Operation Backpack and be distributed by St. Vincent Catholic Charities." Here's a list of some of the supplies they're looking for:

• Backpacks
• Notebooks
• Folders
• Pens
• Pencils
• Glue sticks
