As the North American International Auto Show gets under way in Detroit this week, the stars are staring to show up to help sell new cars. First, it was Arnold Schwarzenegger.  Now, according to DoYouRemember.com, we've heard about an appearance by (maybe) the most famous car in movies - Steve McQueen's 1968 Ford Mustang fastback, seen in the movie Bullitt. Sunday, Ford rolled out the original car (not the stunt car they found in Mexico recently) to help introduce a 2018 - 50th Anniversary Edition, Bullitt Mustang that Ford will offer.

Molly McQueen, Steve's granddaughter, was on hand, as well as the current owner, Sean Kiernan, whose dad bought the car for $6,000 more than 40 years ago - and gave it to his wife. They put 30,000 miles on it before the clutch went out. And then the car went into storage.

Today, it's worth between 3 and 5 million dollars.
