Fall is officially here... Colder weather, pumpkin spiced everything, and don't forget, the gorgeous fall foliage! It won't be too long before it gets even colder though, and all those spectacular shades of red and orange will fall to the ground and get covered with... I don't even want to say it... snow. Now is the perfect time to take a road trip to check out the fall foliage!

Only In Your State put together a road trip just for us folks in the Mid-Michigan area! They've dubbed this Central & Southern Michigan road trip the "Cities and Attractions Fall Foliage Tour". The tour starts right here in the Capitol City! The state capitol building is the first stop. Up next is Aunties Deli in Eaton Rapids, where you can walk through the downtown area. You'll continue heading south from there, down to Albion and Albion College; Only In Your State describes Albion College campus to be "charming and beautiful", which I'm guessing looks even more beautiful draped in fall colors! Marshall is the next stop on the list, where you can check out the American Museum of Magic! The final stop on this fall foliage tour is in Battle Creek and The Leile Arboretum. The Arboretum spans 72-acres and should be golden with fall colors!

The cool part about this road trip is that you can hit all these stops in a day! So if you don't have a ton of time available, you can still take some time to enjoy the fall foliage. CLICK HERE to check out the map and more details to this Mid-Michigan fall foliage road trip.
