Burt Reynolds: Actor, Centerfold, And Just Revealed

What we've told people on this morning show for years now, has been confirmed. Burt Reynolds was born in Lansing, Michigan. In the past, Burt claimed he was born in Waycross, Georgia and grew up in Florida. According to the Lansing State Journal, as he nears his 80th birthday, Burt, the former April 1972 Cosmopolitan centerfold, has officially revealed in his new book that he was born in Lansing. He says, "I grew up a Southern boy who didn't want to be a Yankee."
