Another Department Store In Michigan Is Closing

There's been some speculation for quite awhile now that the remaining Sears locations in Michigan would be closing soon as the company continues to announce store closings. Well, that is now officially happening to the Sears location in the Jackson Crossing Mall. According to a report from WILX, the Sears in Jackson will be closing sometime in November. This week, Sears announced that they would be closing another 46 locations, which consists of 13 Kmart stores and 33 Sears stores.

Fortunately for those of us in Lansing, the Frandor Sears location is NOT on the latest list of Sears locations that will be closing...yet. Click here to see the CNBC list of Sears stores that are closing.
