Once upon a time, there was a rogue wave that was described as a "once in a 100 year phenomenon" that struck a freighter off the coast of Cornwall in the United Kingdom. The giant wave caused the ship to list and it dumped its 62 cargo containers--including one that contained MILLIONS of LEGOS. This happened back in 1997.

Fast forward to today...the BBC reports that tides are now bringing hundreds of LEGOs ashore and scientists say some of the pieces could have drifted 62,000 miles in the 17 years since the accident. There's even a Facebook page that's been started to document the LEGOs that have been found. Apparently, if you can find one of the dragon or octopus LEGOs, you're in luck because it's the one everyone is looking for...you're welcome and good luck!
